Loved the food. Just a little slow.

Tasty food, decent prices. Burger meals come with CHIPS instead of fries, which are a 2.00 upcharge..

Went for the fish fry and was pleased . Ordered the portabella mushroom appetizer to start .. great.. fish was great too. Cod, catfish, walleye. Even had a nice selection of local beer. Would recommend..

Good food, great service!

Usually good but today the bartender/waiter/cook leaves a lot to be said. Left a bad taste in my mouth literally and figuratively. Rude and not a good representative of the establishment. Needs extensive training in customer service and cooking skills. Blood soaked Kaiser roll and blood from a medium rare steak sandwich is very unappetizing. Owner should reconsider this employees status.

Food was awesome and our server was very attentive. It was a great experience for our first visit.

Although it takes a while to get food at lunch, it's well worth the wait. One of a few places that will serve a burger cooked med-med rare and get it right. If you go for their fish fry, go early or plan to wait. It's a well known place for the best food and service. In 9 years we have not been let down.

Ricks has an excellent fish fry. They were packed, a 25 minute wait, but it was worth the wait.

Had lunch at Rick's Eastside Pub today, great food (had the shaved prime rib sandwhich), friendly staff, I highly recommend this bar and grill if you're in town.

Food is decent. Atmosphere is nice if you're over 50 (I'm not).

Ordered about 40 dollars worth to go for my family. I ordered a 4 piece perch meal that costed around 11 dollars and only received 3 pieces. There was a plastic wrapper in my BLT meal. When asked which kind of bread, I stated rye from their choices. I received white. There were 3 workers in the kitchen so they were not short on workers. I was already at home when I discovered everything. So yeah, big disappointment and will not be going back.

Excellent burgers, excellent service, lots of drink choices, very clean inside and outside. Nice paved and lighted parking lot. Would go there again.

Excellent food. Generous portions. Warm and friendly atmosphere. Loads of TVs perfect for game day. This should be a regular stop if you eat out in Whitewater!

3 words...Double Cheddar Head. I felt my arteries begin to clog though a swig of beer cleaned them right up. Burger is only there for lunch. Discovered that the hard way. Had to eat a regular burger....like a heathen
